"It’s hard to know where to being in describing the wonderful experience that Helene and I had in Vietnam. It was a beautiful and exciting country, the people were beautiful both inside and out,. Mostly everyone smiles all the time and, for the most part, people are willing to assist in any way they can.
The itinerary was wonderful except for one day when we couldn’t go to the floating market and go for a ride on the death railroad. Apparently there are very specific times and places that the tourist can board the railroad and that time was in direct conflict with the time we needed to spend at the floating market. Our tour guide Tran was able to accommodate us by eliminating (at our request). Even thought the floating market (with was absolutely wonderful), we went back to Hanoi for lunch, and then we went to Tamcoc.
We were very grateful for the flexibility and change that was made accommodate us.
The rest of the trip was virtually flawless. We were promptly met at the airport in Hanoi, by Tran. She arrived the next morning to take us on our first tour, she was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the region. Out driver’s were cautions and considerate and the whole experience was absolutely wonderful.
The home stay trip in Sapa very interest and informative. The dinner time was prepared so fun.
And cruising on Halong bay is so great time, beautiful and peaceful. The lunches and dinners that were included in our trip were very good. We would be very happy to speak to any of your customers about our experience, it was one of the best trips we have ever taken and we have been to a number of places around the world.
Thank you for all your help with this trip. We will never travel with a large group of people in a great big tour bus, ever again. The personal attention we got from our tour guides was wonderful. We were the only ones in our vehicle as we went from place to place. It was absolutely wonderful.

"From the moment I has picked up at the air port in Hanoi, until I was dropped back there, my week exploring the North of Vietnam was incredible.
I was so impressed by the level of care and attention I received from the team, and appreciated the chance to see more of the real Vietnam. I loved being able to get off the beaten tourist track in Mai Chau, Ninhbinh and Bai Tu Long Bay, and staying with a few host families along the way added to the experience. Our guides were wonderful and the drives were always friendly and punctual!
Thought the meals were yummy, especially the spring rolls and crab soup we made ourselves. It was wonderful to be able to get out into the countryside and explore on bikes kids from local villages being incredible excited to see us. I will definately be coming back to Vietnam again to spend more time there and will definately not heritage to in touch with you agency again! I will very highly recommend your team to other."
